由脊骨神經科醫生親自主講,內容包括 : 基本脊骨之構造,錯位之形成及日常生活之注意事項, 同時介紹一些減低腰背痛的簡易運動。

This informational talk is resented by registered Chiropractors. Presentation topics include spinal anatomy, what is a subluxation, and prevention of back and neck problems. We will introduce exercises and lifestyle modifications that can help prevent the occurrence of back and neck pain.
